Best PC cases for RTX 3090

The best GPU i.e. RTX 3090 is one of the biggest too. This Nvidia GPU comes in 313mm x 138mm x 55mm dimensions (more in aftermarket cards) so you definitely need a good PC case where you can install it and of course, the airflow is also better. So, today I am gonna discuss the best PC cases for RTX 3090.

As RTX 3090 is a high-end GPU and need a solid good cooling so I have chosen 3 best PC case for it. They are- Cooler Master H500P mesh, Corsair 4000D Airflow, and Phanteks Eclipse P500A. In these three included: Best overall (expensive), one budget-friendly, and one good performance with RGB PC cases.

PC casesSpecs/My opinion
Cooler Master H500P meshGood airflow & enough space; expensive.
Corsair 4000D AirflowBudget-friendly, good airflow, RGB is lacking.
Phanteks Eclipse P500AGood for high-end uses, a bit expensive.

#1. Cooler Master H500P mesh:

If you are using a 3090 level GPU, you have to give importance in the air cooling too. And for that purpose, this H500P mesh fr cooler master is pretty good.

However this case is a bit expensive ($180) but seeing its performance, it’s definitely worth the money. Like all premium cases it comes with tempered glass side panels and two 200mm front RGB fans, they not only enhance the overall look (RGB reputation:) but also surely maintain cool air.

It supports several kinds of motherboards form factors like E-ATX, Micro-ATX, ATX, and Mini-ITX. Also, since 3090 is a very beefy card, the aftermarket ones are even more, so you definitely need a good space to fit on the case, shut the glass panel property. In this case, you more likely don’t have to face such issues.

You can also install up to 360mm (or small) radiators either in the top or in the front, behind the mesh. Also, water cooling in this case can also be installed.

You get two USB 3.2, two USB 2.0, one 3.5mm audio, and one 3.5mm mic jack with this case.

Overall, if you use high-end pc parts, you can totally go with this PC case for better cooling and good looks as well. You get all the advanced features like vertical GPU mount, enough space, good for cable management, water cooling compatible with this case. So, definitely worth its price.

  • A bit expensive.

#2. Corsair 4000D Airflow:

This is another good PC case for good airflow and in a good budget. Yes, you get this around $84, and performance is also quite good.

It comes with two Corsair 120mm Airguide fans, however, if you wanna enjoy the authentic taste of RGB, you can buy them later on.

I have chosen this case because of its airflow. As you are using RTX 3090, it is very important to have good airflow, otherwise, when you boost, you might face problems.

Taking about the spacing, you can easily install the 3090 and close the side panels after installing smoothly. So you don’t have to think about the space.

You can install up to 6 120mm fans and 4 140mm fans in the whole case. Also, features like 360mm radiator in the front, 280mm in the top make it separate from the others.

It contains USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.0 and audio/microphone ports. You can install mATX, ATX, and E-ATX form factor motherboards in it.

If you like RGB then you can go with the other RGB version of this cabinet.

You can install up to 420mm radiator in this case. It has enough space to install monsters like RTX 3090 and awesome for cable management too.

Talking about radiators, you can install 420mm, 360mm radiator in the front; 360mm, 280mm in the top and 120mm, 140mm in the rear. So, it fits well with any kind of radiator you wanna use.

It supports 280mm wide E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX, mini-ITX form factor motherboards.

For RGB lovers, it contains 3 D-RGB fans I.e. software controllable and the fans are also very quiet.

So, from every aspect, this case is a perfect fit for high-end systems/parts like Ryzen 9, 3090, and for tasks like gaming, designs, video editing. The awesome airflow in this case is enough to cool down beasts with a good AIO of course.

Overall, at a good price, around $130 this Phanteks Eclipse P500A case is enough for handling any premium parts available in the market.

  • Little bit expensive.

You have to give importance to three factors while buying a good PC case for RTX 3090. They are- airflow, spacing, and cable management. If these three things are good, then you can pretty much choose any case for using high-end parts.

The cases I have discussed here are perfect examples of it. Note that a case that is fully decorated with RGB and expensive might not perfect for high-end uses because of bad airflow. So, always it is very important to choose accordingly.

I hope you liked my picks, but if you have any questions, feel free to contact me or comment down below. I or any of my teammates will try best to help you.
